Students will get free advanced health care at CUET Diagnostic Lab
‘CUET Diagnostic Lab’ started from Sunday. The lab has the facility to conduct various diagnostic tests free of charge for students and at affordable cost for faculty and staff.
In the first phase, 8 tests including dengue, jaundice, diabetes, kidney, blood sugar, blood hemoglobin and later in the second phase, 12 tests including malaria, typhoid, cholesterol, liver, hepatitis-B, rheumatism can be done.
CUET Vice-chancellor Dr. Mohammad Rafiqul Alam inaugurated the diagnostic lab established on the 4th floor of TSC of the university on Sunday. At this time, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology Dr. Sunil Dhar, Dean of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Technology Dr. Mohammad Samsul Arefin, Dean and Registrar (Additional Duty) of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Dr. Sheikh Mohammad Humayun Kabir, Director of Student Welfare Prof. Dr. Md. Dr. Rezaul Karim, Coordinator of the medical center Dr. Rani Akhtar along with various Heads of Departments, Hall Provost, Heads of Office, Deputy Director of Student Welfare and Medical Center doctors were present.
